DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and refund you with a store credit.

EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer exchanges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
