XVIl Concorso Nazionale Professione Moda Giovani Stilisti,
Riccione Moda Italia. CNA FEDERMODA.
It was an honor to be chosen as one of 30 finalists nationwide. The competition included a mix of categories. I was lucky to be selected for the shoes and accessories category, along with two classmates, and another student from our school competed in the fashion category.
We took the train together from Rome to Riccione and stayed at Hotel Mediterraneo, right by the beach. It was summer, and the whole trip had a fun and relaxed vibe. We explored various fashion events, met other finalists from across Italy, and went out for dinner together in a big group.
The main event was exciting, and the winners were announced. My classmate won in the accessories category—I was so happy for her; she’s truly talented. Even though I didn’t win, new opportunities came my way, including the chance to explore New York.
The collection I presented was made of the finest fur and leather, inspired by the thesis concept I mentioned in my previous blog post—a fusion of 80s–90s punk, rock, and hip-hop street style. I aimed to channel that bold, edgy energy into each design while keeping it refined and wearable.
This mini fur collection of mine was also showcased in an exhibition that was open to the public. Visitors could walk through and see the finalists’ work up close. It was such a proud moment to have my designs on display and to share the experience with so many creative people from across the country

These are moments captured in photos from the main event and the competition—an unforgettable experience full of creativity and inspiration.
When my mini fur collection hit the runway, the amazing models made each piece pop and truly brought my designs to life. It was an unforgettable moment that made all the hard work completely worth it.
Although I didn’t take home a prize, I gained something more valuable: experience, confidence, and a spark that continues to push me forward. That competition was just the beginning—a stepping stone in a journey that’s still unfolding, with much more to create, learn, and share.
